Consultation Visit
If you want to make changes to your room and need a bit of inspiration then a Home Consultation is the best way to start. I will visit your home, take photographs and measurements and discuss your needs, giving advice on room layout, materials, colours and window treatments to making the best out of the space you have.
Room Re-Design
Including the design of one room (excluding kitchens and bathrooms).
Specifying flooring, furniture, lighting, paint colours, window dressings and the finishing touches. Working along side you to understand your needs and any special items, picture or furniture you may wish to include.
For my fee I will visit your home, discuss your needs, research the fabrics, wallpapers and anything else that you may wish to furnish your room. When I have helped you make your decisions, I will produce a design board , visuals and sampling to help you understand what your new room will look like when complete.
Kitchens and Bathrooms Re-design
Taking note of what you like and dislike about your current bathroom or kitchen, and advise on how to make best use of the space you have. Then, research quality fixtures and fittings and all the finishing touches, Helping you invest in your home with a unique room. I will produce boards plans and elevations with materials colours and finishing touches helping you to visualise your dream Kitchen or bathroom.
Mechanical & Electrical Services Drawings
These are required for building purposes, and are considered working drawings.
A consultant will take place to discuss your vision. We will work from simple space planing of electrical layouts and plan the best solution for your MEP layout.
Floor Plans and Drawings
Recommended for corporate clients and ambitious domestic schemes, we can start with simple space planning to a complete revised layout to cater for your needs.
